The complete Sprint

Clarity Sprint

Limited places
£1,195

The Clarity Sprint gives you a structured view of where your business stands, helps you agree what deserves attention first and includes defined implementation of priority improvements during the Sprint. You finish with completed work, clear handover materials and a practical route forward.

Best suited to

Businesses that need a wider compliance review and also want practical help putting agreed priority improvements into place.

Includes

A structured GDPR and PECR review, three live sessions, a Priority Implementation Plan, defined implementation work and Completion & Handover Pack.

Outcome

A clearer compliance position, meaningful priority improvements already made and a practical plan for what comes next.

The Sprint is designed to create practical progress, not simply produce recommendations. Once the important gaps have been identified, agreed priority improvements are implemented within the defined Sprint scope before the final handover.

The Sprint is normally completed within 10 working days once your application has been accepted and the information and materials needed to begin have been received.

What you gain
1 Understand

See where your business really stands

Take a structured look across your GDPR and PECR arrangements and identify the strengths, gaps and risks that genuinely deserve attention.

2 Improve

Put the important changes into practice

Agree which improvements should be prioritised and get defined implementation work completed during the Sprint rather than leaving everything on a recommendation list.

3 Continue

Know how to move forward afterwards

Finish with a clear handover, any remaining actions set out in practical order and 30 days of post-Sprint support for questions arising from the completed work.

What the review covers

Core GDPR and PECR arrangements

governance and accountability
data use and lawful basis
transparency and privacy information
marketing, website activity and PECR

Operational compliance arrangements

processors, suppliers and data sharing
retention and disposal
individual rights and incidents
security and Article 32
The review is proportionate to your business and the risks involved. Where relevant, it includes a Website & Tracking Check, and every Sprint considers security and Article 32. Specialist issues such as DPIAs, international transfers, children's data, CCTV, AI, biometrics or criminal-offence data are considered where relevant, with deeper specialist work separately scoped where needed.

Before the Sprint

Application and scope confirmation

Your application is reviewed to make sure the Sprint is suitable, the likely scope is clear and the information needed to begin can be identified.

45-minute session

Discovery & Kick-off

Explore how your business operates, the personal data involved, your systems, suppliers, current arrangements and the areas causing concern.

Structured review

Assess the wider compliance picture

Your consultant reviews the relevant evidence across the core GDPR and PECR areas and identifies the gaps and priorities that matter most.

30-minute session

Implementation Check-in

Review the priorities identified, confirm the implementation focus and make sure the agreed work reflects what will create the most useful progress.

Implementation

Put agreed priority improvements in place

Defined improvements are completed within the agreed Sprint scope. This may include suitable documents, records, notices, processes or other practical compliance changes.

60-minute session

Completion & Handover

Work through what has been completed, the materials provided, any remaining actions and how to maintain the improvements after the Sprint.

Your support continues after handover. A 30-day post-Sprint support period begins after the Completion & Handover Call for questions directly arising from the Sprint work or from putting the completed changes into practice.

What makes it different
✓ Tailored

Built around how your business operates

The Sprint is shaped around your actual data use, systems, suppliers, processes and risks rather than treating every business as though it needs exactly the same work.

✓ Prioritised

Focused on what genuinely matters

Not every gap carries the same significance. The Sprint uses professional judgement to identify which issues deserve attention first and where implementation will create the most useful progress.

✓ Implemented

It does not stop at recommendations

The Sprint combines review with defined implementation, so agreed priority improvements are actually put into place rather than simply added to a list for you to deal with later.

The aim is not to manufacture a long list of problems. The Sprint focuses on understanding your current position, identifying what genuinely needs attention and making meaningful improvements within a defined and manageable scope.
How the two weeks work
1 Before the Sprint

Confirm the fit and prepare properly

Apply: tell us enough about your business and current concerns for the suitability of the Sprint to be assessed.
Scope confirmation: if the application is accepted, the proposed Sprint scope, timing and next steps are confirmed.
Preparation: provide the relevant information and existing materials needed for the Sprint to begin.
2 First stage

Discover and assess

Discovery & Kick-off: explore your business, data use, systems, suppliers, documentation and concerns during the 45-minute session.
Structured review: your consultant assesses the relevant GDPR and PECR arrangements and supporting materials.
Prioritisation: the gaps and improvements that deserve attention first are identified using professional judgement.
3 Second stage

Agree and implement

Priority Implementation Plan: the agreed implementation focus is set out clearly.
Implementation Check-in: use the 30-minute session to confirm the priorities and practical direction of the implementation work.
Implementation: the agreed priority improvements are completed within the defined Sprint scope.
Completion & Handover: receive your completed materials and work through the final position during the 60-minute handover session.
4 After the Sprint

Use the improvements with support

30-day support period: ask questions directly arising from the completed Sprint work or from putting the implemented changes into practice.
Follow the handover plan: use your Completion & Handover Pack to keep remaining actions and ongoing checks visible.
Further work where needed: new implementation, substantial drafting or specialist work can be separately scoped if required.
Why application only?

Every Sprint includes focused review and defined implementation work. The application process lets us check that the Sprint is suitable for your needs, that the likely scope is realistic and that meaningful progress can be made within the two-week delivery period.

If a Clarity Call, Clarity Review or separately scoped piece of work would be more appropriate, we will tell you rather than placing your business into a service that is not the right fit.

Is the Sprint right for you?
✓ Good fit

The Sprint may be right for you if…

you are unsure where your business currently stands
several areas of GDPR or PECR compliance need attention
you need expert help deciding what deserves attention first
you want priority improvements put into practice rather than only receiving recommendations
you want a clearer and more manageable compliance position at the end
! Not the right fit

The Sprint is not designed for…

fully outsourced compliance management
complete implementation of every recommendation identified
extensive specialist work that requires a separate dedicated project
emergency personal-data-breach or cybersecurity incident response
certification or a guarantee of complete compliance

Ready to understand the gaps and start putting them right?

Apply for the Clarity Sprint for a structured GDPR and PECR review, defined implementation of agreed priority improvements and 30 days of support after handover.
